    I totally agree with the “leave the meeting if it’s not necessary” .I am an employ and I am sometimes force to leave/abandon my work for an unnecessary meeting .
    Unfortunately “The Heads” are counting on this meetings because for them is an “MUST” to make this meetings 😦 ,,, and of course almost 90% of meetings end with “Thank you for participating on this meeting and see you on the next meeting” .
